I think WordPress 3 comes with seo slugs by default, there is an option to set up permalinks.

I read about your plugin at Yoast.com, I was hoping that it would help me optimize my web design clients sites for SEO. I was surprised to find that that plugin has not been updated for a long time, and it is not compatible with my version of WordPress.

Are there any plans for future development of this plugin, or is it dead?
