Hi Sheila,

We use WordPress 2.9.1 with the SEO Slugs plugin installed on many sites, including this one, and it works fine on all of them.

You may experience a compatibility issue with other plugins. Try to deactivate all of them but the SEO Slugs plugin. Then activate your plugins one by one and test if the SEO Slugs plugin works or not.

Hi Akira,

No, the SEO Slugs plugin doesn’t change old post slugs. It creates a slug only when there is no one for the post. If you make a slug manually or the post already has a slug, then there will be no change.

To create SEO slug for an old post, remove the post’s slug, then save the post. A new SEO slug will be added automatically.
